We love a miso ginger dressing - this is our version. Make a batch for the week and use on salads, as a dip for crudite, or drizzled on cooked veggies and/or protein.

citrus miso ginger dressing
yields ~1 cup

Ingredients
2 tablespoons tahini (we love Soom)
2 tablespoons organic white or mellow miso
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
juice of 1 small orange (~2 tablespoons)
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 small garlic clove, grated or minced (optional)
2 tablespoons filtered water, more to reach desired consistency

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Whisk well to combine, adding additional water, 1 tablespoon at time, to reach desired consistency (note: sauce will thicken slightly in the refrigerator).

  2. Enjoy immediately, or store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
